1. Services Offered

Stefan Skillen offers the following services:

• Device Harmonization — IT & App Services (project and program management, SAP/BI delivery, and custom software)
• Quantum Frequencies — remote bio-field streaming and customized frequency overrides
• Location Upgrade — customized office and residential space coherence calibration
• Member Area — a recurring subscription portal (45€/month or 450€/year) providing access to the Quantum Energy Field control center and Chakra Cleanse apps
• Digital products, books, and educational resources

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Member Area Subscription

Billing

The Member Area is billed at 45€ per month (or 450€ annually). Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise Stefan Skillen to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your Member Area profile, or by contacting us at support@skillen.solutions. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Access

Member Area access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our digital products, books, and Member Area subscriptions, all sales of these items are final and we do not offer refunds. For custom IT service engagements, refund terms are specified in the individual client contract.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@skillen.solutions and we will review your case.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on skillen.solutions — including text, audio, video, applications, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and the Quantum Energy Field and Remote Coherence technologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Stefan Skillen and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use content within the Member Area for your personal development. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute Member Area content outside the platform
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate Stefan Skillen or any of its representatives
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Use the content to train AI models or for automated scraping
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our services

7. Results Disclaimer

Our programmes, content, and mentorship services are educational and transformational in nature. Individual results vary significantly based on personal effort, circumstances, background, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — financial, personal, professional, or otherwise — from participation in our services.

Testimonials and case studies shared on our website reflect the experiences of individual clients and are not guarantees of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefan Skillen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stefan Skillen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
